Growth Hack 001: How to get a Professional Kickboxing Coach for free?

Biggest secret revel ever! 🤫🤫🤫

Step 1: Go to the Gym 💪

Yeah, this part is super important because this guide is not for those who are expecting the coach to come to your home. So, go find a Gym nearby.

Step 2: Go to the Gym in the morning 🌞

Important because you want your body to be light when you go to the gym.

Step 3: Go to the Gym daily for at least 4 months ⏳

I have read it somewhere that it takes at least 4 months of daily showing up to get noticed.

So, get an annual subscription.

When you will burn your cash, you will ensure to get back every ounce of blood, sweat, tears, and whatever else you have spent to earn that cash and you will go consistently.

Step 4: Go to the arena or the area where lies your punching bag. 🥊

Pro tip: Make sure to enter there when there are so many people around, especially the coach.

Don't be nervous. They don't know anything about fighting anyways and that is why your target (the punching bag) is hanging there lonely.

Step 5: Hit the bag. 👊

For the first time, you will even wobble like jelly if your punching bag is by mistake the heavy one.

But don't worry you will feel sore for a few days and you are good to go.

Just make sure that you don't hit so hard that you get fractures.

Step 6: Keep hitting at least 50 jabs, hooks, or kicks on each side whatever you find easier, more suitable, and more feasible for yourself for 30 days. 🤜🤛

I started with the jabs and hooks and eventually went to kicks.

//Time frames vary from person to person depending on how ruthless your trainer is.//

Step 7: Just keep doing this until your coach comes to you and be like, "Ah not this way dummy. Do it like this." 💁‍♀️

And voila, you have your free coach.

Just keep asking him for help.

P.S.: It might cut the deal in the beginning but if you want to go full-fledged, make sure to get proper training.

I have been lucky that mine is a professional coach who usually hangs around in the Gym.

P.S.S: Give me good luck so that I can soon spar with him.

Happy Monday!
