I came across two interesting perspectives today, on a podcast.
1. Culture is shaped by who you hire, who you fire, who you reward and who you reprimand.
2. It is impossible to scale a belief, without a system.
Both are profound perspectives. The first one assumes greater significance in the current era where some of the physical culture-markers like infrastructure have been rendered irrelevant (albeit temporarily). The 2nd one, is a deep thought and it applies to anything that requires behaviour order - organisations or religions or causes etc.
