A Unified, Creative, Relaxing, and Growing space that can be enjoyed and utilized by everyone, no matter the age. A place where kids can be kids. A place where tomorrow is a little bit brighter than today. We worked together to create a space that meets the requests of the students, the staff, and the officers which call this place their own. We took stock of the needs, wants, and opinions, and have crafted this design, one that is sure to turn heads.
A Stage, Lights, Garden Beds, a Gazebo, Picnic Tables, and benches. Things you would not ordinarily find within a correctional institution. But MSOE, with the local School District and the University of Wisconsin-Extension worked to rethink the way schooling is done. Believing it could be a place of fun, a place of relaxation, and a place of peace. It may seem daunting, but for us, impossible was only the beginning.
