Everyday without fail, I would pride myself on the fact that my inbox was clean and there wasn't anything pending to be responded (mostly). Without consciously observing, I was playing fastest finger first and would be responding to emails within minutes, sometimes seconds. I was looking at my emails, all the time.

And then something changed. I read a book (real paper) - 'A World Without Email' and it simply changed my perspective. Do hop over to this article and show me some love.
