Read Invisible Women by Caroline Criado Perez
Do you believe there is a systemic gender-bias against women?

I never thought about it until happenstance led me to read "Invisible Women: Exposing Data Bias in a World Designed for Men" by Caroline Criado Perez.

Winner of the FT & McKinsey Business Book of the Year 2019, this book uses data-lens (and not beliefs or opinions) to establish how this world doesn't takes gender differences into account leading to an underlying systemic bias against women. Book aims to provide ample data to signify the gender-blindness that exists everywhere. It is an impressive collection of data points, case studies, and research findings that should, at the very least, allows you to observe the bias which was hitherto went unnoticed. Highly recommended.
