After watching how customers behaved during their purchasing process, I realized the main reason  for my client’s cart abandonment issue was the lack of information about return/refund policy. 

After assessing different solutions like Gorgias, Zendesk or  Helpscout, I decided to go with Freshdesk. 

I’m glad I installed FullStory on this site to have a better vision of user’s shopping experience.
