Emory University falls in the "doing amazing things but too humble to say anything about it" category. So the work we gave them had to be the license to brag a little, to defy their own nature. The ability to look at the world differently and see it for what it is.

After a lot of discussions and iteration, we released v5 of Heart that includes a complete rewrite of our Button and Link components. So happy to make these components more usage agnostic and moved them off of React Router and our whacky type interfaces.

Wrote a blog post about the frontend ecosystem.

Includes a look back, how we got to where we are today... but especially tries to argue for a need to further standardize APIs for components. Otherwise lots of development cycles will continue going to waste... re-implementing ever the same components over and over.
