Asynchronous workflows have received lots of praise recently, thanks to books like A World Without Email by Cal Newport.

When PYRAMID reopened in June of 2020 with limited space capacity, the club offered reservations via phone and social networks. Over the following months, I conducted research on the impact of synchronized reservations on staff/members. Those insights led us to implemented a Calendly-powered approach that was used by 96 percent of class attendees.

My recipe app case study is finally live!. This app is aimed at helping users cook meals better.
Solving this problem took a slightly different approach from the one adopted in my previous case study these processes also exposed me to other means of generating ideas beyond the obvious solution while also improving my critical thinking ability.
