●  Created a real-time dashboard on Mixpanel to track, analyze, and display the KPI of 'Rando Sandos', an online sandwich ordering firm in New York, US by analyzing the Acquisition and Retention metrics.
●  Generated a detailed report on Engagement, Preferred payment method, Viewing ingredients, Daily active users, Number of people rating, and writing reviews.
●  Constructed a funnel to track user behaviour from opening the app to ordering a sandwich to identify drop-offs and conversions.

+35% CMGR in net revenue and +9k products sold without spending on marketing

We were building Bluu:
Meesho for LATAM. We make it easy for first-time entrepreneurs to sell products to friends and acquaintances over social media without investment. We provide the catalog of products and do fulfillment so all they have to do is sell.

Achievements:

• One of the 100 best startups from Colombia in 2020
• 35% CMGR in GMV since we launched without spending on marketing
• + 9,000 products sold through our marketplace
• + 6,000 customers
• + 2,000 products in our marketplace from Colombian suppliers that had never sold online
• 1 of the 3,000 startups selected by Y Combinator for advisor track with a YC alum as our mentor on startup school. More than 15.000 startups applied.

I recently wrote a Twitter thread about some mystery traffic I had go to my personal blog. This traffic had no referrals listed so I suspect it was a link shared on some site with noreferrer set. That ruled out someone sharing the post on link aggregators like Reddit.

Also, when I do share posts on Reddit, 70% of the traffic is on mobile. 80% of this traffic was on desktop. That implied the post was shared at either a company's Slack (which sets norferrer) or several companies' Slack channels since the traffic was also global.

This all matters because I promote Dynomantle from my personal blog. This traffic ended up only getting me 2 signups when the bulk of it occurred, but I also noticed an increase in Dynomantle signups after the traffic bump. I'm going to continue investigation to see if I can capitalize on it or grow it using similar channels.

I started a self-taugh learning about user behaviour using Hotjar and Google Analytics to:

• Compare taps and clicks before & after tweaks.
• Understand the behavior of visitors when browsing the pages of customers' websites.
• Improve your UX on different screen resolutions.
• Remove or rethink ignored content.
• See which type of imagery works best.
• Know whether your CTAs are attracting attention.
• Translate common feedback comments into FAQs.
• Improve forms to generate more leads.
• Understand the source of traffic to target campaigns.
• Restructure layout based on user objections.
• Confirm your hypothesis before creating new elements.

This year I graduated from university and started my career as a frontend developer. I have already learned and improved my coding skills a lot. Being part of the Growth team at my company has shown me a lot about data, analytics, and powerful customer data products.
