Working with Node.js

Today I started work on a twitch bot using Javascript, Node.js and TMI.js to timeout users who post links as their first message are normally people / bots who post links as first messages are trying to disrupt the stream or are posting links to buy followers from my experience moderating a couple of twitch streams. So I decided to try to combat this issue by making a twitch bot that looked at the message from the user and see's if it is their first message and then if it was their first message it would ping the URL in the message and if it was able to ping it would time the user out for 3 seconds to delete the message.

We're using Vue.js, Node.js as our main development tools :)

I've begun working on a new extension to my long-running JayJay Project, JayJayTwitch! This Twitch bot will be used to bring more viewer interaction to my Twitch streams, including having graphics show up on screen for new users in chat. More features to be announced soon!

Začal jsem spolupráci jako junior, brigádník bez zkušeností při škole. Po dokončení školy jsem nastoupil na plný úvazek a vyvíjím administrace a systémy pro tuzemské i zahraniční klienty v React. Zároveň řeším i komunikaci se serverem za pomoci Node.js s použítím MySQL databáze. Za tu dobu jsem navíc získal i bohaté zkušenosti ohledně samotného HTML (HTML5), CSS (LESS, SASS) a posunul jsem se v oblasti UX/UI. Zároveň mám zkušenosti s Vue.js a aktuálně koukám na možnosti Next.js. Znalost angličtiny je další věc, která mi nechybí a zvládám ji na vysoké úrovni (Certifikát B2).
