Piggyvest is a fast growing start-up and like most start-ups who gain traction quickly, they don't always have the time to build expansive internal operational systems to manage staff at scale.

We were looking to onboard some new interns on the support team so I helped create a training manual containing exhaustive information about our product suite, SOP's and workflows.

This was the first attempt at doing so. I'd say the outcome was not too bad.
