About Me
I'm Adrian Carbone. I'm currently in Product, building X Hiring and Expanded Bios at X (formerly Twitter).
I spent a few years in consulting before leaving in 2021 to join an early stage recruiting tech startup called Laskie, a matchmaking platform for hiring that tackled some of the bigger challenges in traditional recruiting. We were acquired by X in 2023, and our core team is now focused on building an enhanced job search experience on a platform with over 500m active users.
X is a big company with a startup culture which makes this an extremely exciting time to be building product.

Built a product that allowed companies to tap into a database of vetted tech talent.
Companies could browse talent with powerful filters, or build a custom job that would deliver top matches directly to their inbox.
Once ready to interview candidates, hiring managers had access to custom interview invite templates, all automated through the product directly to the candidate.
Laskie Candidate Drop
Built a product that enabled 2,000+ companies to get talent delivered to their inbox. Hiring managers could invite candidates to interview with 1-click actions directly from the email.
