I'm driven by a will to create. I believe that I find my happiness in swimming in the deep end of the pool, pushing the boundaries of what's considered possible, towards making a real impact with a team of likeminded individuals.
That's why I've been in the field of software since 2014, working on a range of different challenges faced by large organizations in both the construction and retail industry.
The possibility to imagine a solution and turn it into reality in a short period of time is part of what makes software such an impactful field the last few decades. But that doesn't mean software is always making a difference. We're constantly being bombarded by new solutions, new services and business models. In the media we're often being sold on the idea that the pace of change and improvement is going up. Despite this, the amount of real progress across industries has been slow. The improvements that are made are often competed away quickly.
