It was a couple years ago when I decided to go full time on being a creator. Not only was a standard 9-5 not helping my happiness levels, it was also clear that living in this economy was going to require a few side hustles. With the ongoing pandemic creating strife in life, I, like many people, looked for ways to increase my income.
I was happy to be a new creator in a growing creator economy, but was struggling to get started. Every popular tool I knew off, cost money. Money I couldn't afford to spend.
I ended up finding free resources for my content creation here and there, but it was so tedious having to find them all, and figure out what was useful, and what wasn't.
And that's when I thought, how many other creators have to go through this? There should be one single place to find these free tools so that creators can hit the ground running, and reach their aspirations faster.
And thus, Dreams To Journeys was born.
A place wherever frugal people can find free digital resources so they can get started on their journey faster, and cheaper.
Hopefully my project brings people value, and reduces friction for aspiring creators.
