Agile Scrum Foundation

In this course Agile Scrum Concepts were covered in great detail like the Agile statement of value and key insight was given into Metrics for Agile Projects. The course also covered Agile methodologies like Extreme Programming, Crystal, Kanban, Moscow and Scrum.

An overview of various roles in Scrum was taught; roles like that of the Product owner, Scrum master and Development team. The course covered rituals in scrum like the Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective and Product Backlog Grooming. 

The course gives insight into Scrum Monitoring and Estimations.
