Started working on ReLisp - A (soon to be) open source lisp dialect written in ReScript with help from "mal - Make a Lisp"

The end goal for the project is to create a lisp dialect for creative coding in the browser

Currently it is missing quoting, try, metadata, interop. After completing all of these, the language will be 100% self-hostable
