I started a product management secondment at Trello 🎉
For 6 months, I'll be serving as Product Manager for Trello's Backend Platform team. I'll be responsible for driving cross-organizational projects; forming scale & infrastructure strategy as it relates to the backend; and creating team processes alongside the engineering manager.
