I'm just wondering how are you estimating your skills and what your salary request depends on.
I constantly see junior or middle designers who asking $3k+/mo, as well as Senior/Lead designers with 10+y of experience, who are ready to work for the same rate. And it's really strange.
When I deliver something worth $100k to the end customer, I want to get at least 50% of that money as I'm doing the main job.
