Before Product I dabbled in DTC Analytics, Operations, Biomedical Engineering, and Supply Chain. Which basically means that I have a huge bias for Excel analysis and models.
I work at Sana Benefits, trying to make healthcare good, with ClassPass, maternity/fertility, and mental health included by default, rather than excluded by default.

Despite being quite well compensated, and being in relatively coveted and rare positions of influence, what makes Product Teams so frustrated, blocked, disempowered, and unhappy?
How do these levels of unhappiness on Product Teams reduce the overall success and horizon of the company?
How might we diagnose and treat Product Team unhappiness?
