Case: online transformation of an offline school

We’ve worked with IQ 007 speed reading school for a while. When COVID-19 started, the client was forced to adapt the school to online operations. It was important not to lose focus on the product, but the client didn’t have a product manager. So I assumed this role and created a product strategy.

We've created an online experience for small groups where a teacher can keep everyone’s attention, individually or in a group. It was crucial to provide pupils with enough feedback, so we figured out how to embed it into a nuanced video messenger platform and connect it to various tasks and quizes. We made sure that after each lesson everyone feels their skill to be upgraded — we also allowed pupils to go through curriculum with different speed, while having teachers atention and feedback.

The product is a combination of a software, content adaptation, client service & technical support. We process users’ feedback and define whether a problem is technological and can be solved on our side or it’s operating and to be addressed by the client.
