As women go through perimenopause and menopause, they may encounter symptoms that can impact their lives in a negative way. Insomnia, irritability, weight gain, fatigue and depression are just a few of these symptoms.
Practising self-care is important for all people. It is the responsibility of each and every one of us to look after ourselves. In particular, its important for women to have a  good nutritious diet and practice positive lifestyle habits as they age.

During the menopause transition, it’s even more important to look after yourself. Healthy lifestyle choices will help to improve physical and emotional symptoms at every stage of perimenopause and menopause.
