Menopause causes hormonal changes that can result in thinning hair, reduced hair growth, and even hair loss. The good news is there are plenty of preventative measures you can take and lifestyle changes you can make to combat this issue. For example, incorporating a well-balanced diet rich in vitamin B, vitamin D, and biotin can make a big difference. Additionally, staying hydrated, getting enough sleep, and reducing stress levels can also promote healthy hair growth.
