These days, organizational leaders pay a lot of lip service to the idea that employees should be able to "bring their whole selves to work," but when employees actually do that, leaders don't know how to handle the amazing, messy, uncomfortable, emotional, and ultimately transformative consequences of allowing people to be who they are, wherever they are. I am passionate about helping leaders build cultures that are truly inclusive, and love working with leaders who are ready to take real action on making their organizations healthy and welcoming, and not just post performative crap on social media. I have a particular focus on helping people ditch their antiquated, painful, and ineffective performance management systems for something that actually recognizes people's humanity while helping create measurable business results.
