🗝️ Failure is the Key to Success 🗝️
One key highlight for me this week is hosting the HubSpot JAPAC Failure Forum, in conjunction with #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth.
Failure Forum is a platform where HubSpotters share openly about our failure stories and encourage people to see ‘failure’ as an incredible opportunity for learning and growth. It is a safe space to share learnings, talk about our setbacks and recognize our feelings.
I was incredibly humbled and touched by the level of vulnerability in this session where our speakers Simon Wong, Sosuke Ida, Nozomi Umenai (she/her) & Nick Hadjipourou (he/him) opened up, dived deep, and shared their "failure stories" with so much humility and transparency.
It's not every day you get leaders or any employee of an organization to take the center stage to share their difficult journey or talk about their feelings openly. I'm grateful we have these safe spaces here at HubSpot and appreciate the authenticity that shines through Failure Forum.
