The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) hosted the fourth edition of Pr.A.I.S.E., once again under the distinguished patronage of Her Excellency Paula-Mae Weekes O.R.T.T. The purpose of this Award competition was to identify, reward and inspire both service excellence and innovation within the public sector of Trinidad and Tobago and to promote and disseminate these achievements throughout the region.
