It's totally crazy journey after I realized that I worked at Adira Finance for a year already. It all started when I joined the team as an intern in business research to find blue ocean segmentation for the corporation during the pandemic. After all the research that I did with the team, I finalized my ideas to start digitalization internally and externally.
Internal digitalization that I mentioned when pitching was creating automation through all things that can be automated such as data research, image processing, sentimental analysis. This digitalization should be started sooner to ensure that the team can deep analysis effectively and precisely to boost engagement and the quality of the service.
What I mean external digitalization is creating an effortless and effective impact by maximizing the potential of the digital era. We knew that technology evolves so fast to endless uncertain goal. You might want to create 7nm chip that can do anything this year, but at the end of the day you are not satisfied because you believe you can make it smaller.
It's the same thing like how phone and application evolves. We used to be satisfied by a phone that can text and make a call only. But now? A smartphone entering the era and almost able to replace computer. It's the same thing when updating the apps. Besides updating the apps to solve bugs and issues, why don't we take a leap for major update where the app using advanced features and fulfill what customer needs into one single-app.
