Had a wonderful opportunity to take a master class with Eduards Sizovs recently.
Principal.dev covered a great deal of topics, ranging from what does it take to be an exceptional tech lead, how to develop yourself as a leader, and how to maintain balance between leadership and technical duties. It was also refreshing to learn that I am not the only developer who struggles with these things from time to time. Networking with developers from all over the world was also a plus!
Eduards is a great teacher. He's energetic, honest, willing to say what needs to be heard, and willing to admit where more thought is needed in certain topics. I am excited to apply these concepts in my career and study deeper into being an effective tech lead.
