Frontend Development

From now on I am working 100% full stack and have built a quiz app. 
This has a Spring Boot backend with Rest:API interface and a React.js frontend. 
In doing so, I tried to consistently follow through with Clean Code and TDD. Also a charming design with styled components may not be missing of course. 
The current status covers only the first two user stories, a verification tool and also a multiplayer with Sockets.io is planned and will be added soon. 

What would be React without React Router? 
Today our App got new Routing features with dynamic routing and conditional rendered pages. 

To increase interactivity I changed my Todo app from CSS to styled components today. Although a change to have everything directly in one file and not separate in function and style, but of course a great option. 

Today has been the kick-off for the frontend-part of the ToDo-App Project. 
The Requirements have been: 

- create the design components
- fetch the Data from the Backend API
- add the possibility to add Todo-Items and move them to different states

The Technology-Used was just plain React with some Hooks. 

Today is the exciting day and we start building thrilling frontend projects with React. Since I have experience with this as well, I use this phase to deepen my knowledge and build even more exciting and usable frontends.

The first challenge was a Rick and Morty API - Gallery. 

Since I've been coding with JavaScript for a long time, the refresher on the special features in JS was of course very useful, but also relaxed and I was able to go deeper into many already known topics. Among them:

- Functional Programming
- Asynchrony 
- API fetch 
- Promises
- Array Methods 
- Object Orientation

This week is all about Frontend. During the first frontend day we rushed through the best practices of HTML and CSS. 
My focus was on semantics and accessibility in HTML and of course responsive design
