As the Director of Global Recruiting at Semperis I am leading our Talent Acquisition team to bring in the best talent in cybersecurity and Identity Access Management around the world. I'm passionate about putting people first and that guides my recruitment and leadership style. In 2022 we received over 13,000 applications and our team of 5 hired over 170 new employees. My first year of Semperis was an exciting year filled with growth and 2023 goals are to refine the recruitment process and continue growing.

Previously I've worked in HRTech, Fashion and Hospitality. I have a love of start ups and thrive in environments where I can build from scratch and continue to take chances and learn every day. Achieving the SHRM-CP came after many years of experience in all things HR and operations. Along with Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, I've led functions in Benefits Administration, Payroll, A/R, and more.

On a personal note- I am energized by strong leadership who put their people first. I work from home, you may see my dog Ziggy in the background of my teams meetings and my kids love being loud when I have early morning meetings with people in other time zones.
