Archana is an accomplished PR and communications professional who has been at the forefront of the industry since her early days in the field, when she launched her integrated communications consultancy, PR Pundit, in 1998. We had the pleasure to work together, in my previous career, and I always had a deep admiration for her business acumen, kindness and her teams’ creativity.
Archana talks me through her early beginnings in the industry and then we talk PR, of course: why it still matters and how authenticity is imperative, as is telling a good story to the right people in order to reach the right audience. As she says,’the larger or a value of PR will always be to be an image driver. And that's what our role is, to move into people's hearts.’
Archana also offers her thoughts on her experience as a woman business leader and entrepreneur, as well as the very topical subject of how she built flexibility and WFH-capabilities for her team since 2004.
