Maybe you've thought about meditation, but you think the practice is about eradicating thoughts, or transcending the body, and you’ve come to the conclusion that you can’t do either? In reality, mindfulness meditation is simply about being here, now. It is easier said than done, of course.

But if you want to give it a try and embrace beginner's mind, you can practice observing your experience, and over time you will feel more present, responsive and more at home in yourself. At least, that's been my personal experience.

To share the love (and the teachings), I'm offering a series of Zoom webinars (cost CHF40, about $40) to support curious beginners develop a steady mindfulness meditation practice, starting February 13.

Expect guided practices by a certified teacher, skillful lessons to bring mindfulness into your life, Q&A, cheat sheets and recorded meditations to practice at home.
