Hello world!

My name is Richard Robles, and I am an interdisciplinary expert just like you.

In my former life, I was a professional chef working at various hotels, restaurants, and food establishments in Vancouver, Canada. For a time, food was my raison d'être, but after some serious soul-searching and a very messy time for everyone (the pandemic), I decided to change course and move into administration.

Now, I work with for a global engineering consulting firm as an Office Administrator and love every minute of it.

To keep myself useful and future-oriented, I am completing my Diploma in Applied Social Sciences and Humanities at Langara College, with the hopes of laddering into a bachelors degree program in the future.

Depending on whether or not I have steam left, I may also pursue a postgraduate degree.

If that sounds like a hot mess to you, it probably is, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
