PAYMENTS – As Payments Operations Analyst, I operate our current systems and processes that allow us to continue accelerating outgrowth, while smartly managing our payments risk. Other responsibilities include strategic initiative execution, team management (analyst level & Manila Team), process improvement, and supporting our Customer Care Team.

BI TOOLS – The integration of data science to find better ways to reach out to our customers, increase sales, understand current trends, and/or manage the flowing of funds through our internal system, has helped us to better make decisions and become a subject matter expert in payments. Currently, I use Looker – Explorer User access – to gather, extract, research, and analyze current trends related to payments such as ACH, chargebacks, credit card activities, and other payment methods.

CURIOSITY – I am independent, organized, and curious. I am comfortable solving complex problems and multiple tasks.

LIFE – I have international life, learning, and work experience, which allow me to understand both working with and serving diverse populations.
