This summer I decided to dig deeper into a problem space I’ve experience myself in healthcare. So happy we’ve reached the 30+ user interviews mark last week. Quite a few more of those to go but we’ve got such a deeper understanding of the challenges our potential users are going through and how we could potentially help them.
