I'm looking for an assistant to join my team. Duties will vary as the business grows, starting with scheduling appointments and other admin duties. I am looking for a very specific person. This person will be an essential part of Fire Within Coaching, LLC's exposure, and growth.


I would like someone deeply passionate about creating psychological safety in the workplace. Someone who wants to challenge the workplace norm and ask tough questions. Someone who dreams big and is ready to work.


I am not everyone's cup of tea. I am an assertive honest communicator and an incredibly cheery person.


This is not paid. I can offer you free coaching and mentoring sessions.
