Ellie is a self proclaimed Anxiety Guru who started dabbling in anxiety in kindergarten and by first grade was ending most of their school days with debilitating tension headaches.

After a lifetime wrestling with anxiety and depression, they began unraveling the habits that entrenched learned trauma responses and learning new healthy life skills to build the life of their dreams.

In their free time, Ellie enjoys spending time with their son, kitty companion and friends. Ellie can often be found reading tarot cards, spending time at The Grotto or riding, Jezebel, their e-assist bike.
