Windows Server 2019
Wrote technical documentation
Worked on migrating DHCP server
Found out about powershell one-liner
Used PowerShell
+ 3
Got the task of migrating the DHCP from one DC to another (different domains) and started by doing it manually, which helped me get a grip on things at first, but was rather tedious. As it turns out there is a god damn Powershell one-liner for that. LOL

God damn:
Export-DhcpServer -ComputerName "" -File "C:\exportdir\dhcpexport.xml"
Import-DhcpServer -ComputerName "" -File "C:\exports\dhcpexport.xml" -BackupPath "C:\dhcpbackup\"
Happy I found it though, will probably come in handy in the future! :)

Am also using ( for documentation and it looks LIT!

TBH the most creativity I get as  Sysadmin / IT Support is creating the documentation on things with funky color ways...or by customizing my terminal anyway :D

Don't get me wrong, I get plenty amounts of freedom regarding how to do certain technical tasks, but I really am a visual person/learner and quite miss designing things and playing around with color.

That's it for now, Cheers! :)

Built a Domain
Used Azure AD
I built a new domain for a school on new hardware. This new domain is linked to Azure AD for user syncronisation and auto sign in. OneDrive is synced and configured automatically for all staff.

This domain is the product of a lot of consultation with the school to ensure that the staff and pupils are getting the most they can out of the computers.

Staff where kept informed throught the whole process ensuring that access to systems and documents where not interrupted and everyone knew where to find resources after the work was completed.

Following the work Staff have given great feedback on how well the whole school IT is working now.

Deployed a whole school network
Following a couple of months of consultation, design, and development I deployed a whole new switch stack, Windows Server, HyperV environment and domain. Bringing the schools network from a dangerously out of date Server 2003 DC/File Server to a fully virtualised Server 2019 setup.
