As Front-end Lead at Aera, I have started one of the company's backbone projects within the Aera Platform and implemented the architecture for it. I have mentored the junior and mid level developers across Romania, US, and Pakistan. I have also set up the CI/CD pipeline and Sonarqube in order to increase code quality.
