Developed a 3-year roadmap spanning 2 tranches to 2025 and a specific 15 month roadmap with detailed milestones & deliverables for the end of tranche 1 (Jun 2023) for my 2 x MDTs. Using this as a blueprint I guided PMs across the program and their teams to emulate the same. Working again with program management assisted in planning days and coached teams to deliver on their plans and contribute to PI planning.
