I'm learning to write contacts! With the sudden departure of a valued colleague, we're left with a gap in the organization. Not having anyone proficient at writing and setting up new contracts isn't ideal when service contracts is what you sell, so I'm taking on a new challenge.

From the moment a salesperson makes a sale until the contract is signed and handed over to customer success, they're now my responsibility. I'm really enjoying seeing our business from a new POV and learning a couple of new skills!
