Developed and implemented a process and tool for review of our 300 service contracts to ensure adherence to both monetary and intangible targets.

Since then, we've iterated the process multiple times. Results so far:
- Improved customer relationships
- More efficiency for administrators and contract managers
- Increased sales opportunities across my organization
