Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day (IGEday) 2019 is a day where 2000 girls and non-binary teenages get the chance to visit over 180 companies across Sweden to experience the life of an engineer for a day.
The day was the culmination of a year of work for me and my 5 person distributed team - and with 97% of participants responding that they were more interested in STEM after the event, we couldn't be happier with the result!
