I was chosen out of 7,000 applicants as the Swedish "CEO for One Month" for Adecco Group!
I applied with the cause "What is an engineer?", with the goal of broadening the conversation about STEM and what an engineer looks like (Image search the word "engineer". It's gotten a little better since 2018, but not a lot!). Having the opportunity to spend a summer working with senior management on both this cause and other projects was a once in a lifetime chance!
