After my summer at Adecco Group in Sweden, I had not only worked on internal projects - I was also deep in the trenches of the Global equivalent. At the beginning of September, I got the news that I was one of 10 finalists chosen out of the 200,000 applicants.

While Lisa Frommhold from Germany ended up as our Global "winner" in the end, all 10 of us learned SO much during a week together in London. My favorite takeaway? The quote "you win or you learn", which is my mantra to this day!
