My final Zumba class after 6 years with the same organization was a bittersweet moment! Originally a way to find a social network in California, Zumba became one of my first "real" leadership positions. I spent six years not only teaching and coaching women from ages 15 to 75 not the steps to salsa and merengue, but also learning about motivation, mindset and community. I definitely wouldn't be the leader I am without it!
