Keynoted at a Conference
I delivered the opening keynote for User Research London, titled "Building Your Research Team may cost you your Research Practice."
 
The core idea of the talk is that we, as a discipline, have overly emphasized the idea that good research is predicated on "doing research" and that we've devalued or ignored the incredible opportunities we have to build organizations that learn, not just teams that do.
