We wrote this playbook specifically for UX leaders looking to scale research at startups, early-stage companies, or any organization that is trying to keep up with the increasing need for user insights but is not yet ready to increase the research team's headcount. 

Our goal is to provide UX leaders with a practical guide on how to scale and democratize research by empowering product teams to run their own research and build a learning muscle in their organizations. Ultimately, we see the democratization of research as a key component of becoming an organization that learns. When each department is empowered and educated to get in front of customers often, organizations can unlock critical customer insights at scale and build products shaped by the people who engage with them—its users.
