Spoke at an event
I spoke at this year's Agile Australia conference, talk topic: Traps to Avoid in Agile - Lessons from Squid Game.

Of course corporate culture has rubbed all the sharp edges off Agile, and diluted its power, but for me there's a massive point about Agile that is usually missed. Agile gives us all permission to be much easier on ourselves - and others - when it comes to trying new things.

You don't have to believe you'll succeed at something. You just have to be willing to risk finding out what will happen if you try.

Yes I dressed up in Squid Game tracksuit. Yes it was awkward.
