In my day job as a civil servant, I've focused on training new colleagues and managing temporary staff members, acted as a Health and Safety staff representative, volunteered as both an Innovation and Wellbeing Champion, and I currently work on both the ethnic diversity working group and the workplace wellbeing committee.
