I've started to collate and publish an "Engineering welcome handbook" at work. It's a small, direct to the point, git repo (called `welcome`) that sign posts all the initiatives and tools a colleague would need when joining EMIS Group Plc.

It's aimed as a one stop shop that you can keep going back so you know what is going on within the business.

I publish the changes every fortnight in Slack and thank any contributors.
